1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for the Gorakhpur Runway Fashion Week (GRFW) 2026 model auditions, or participating in any GRFW-affiliated workshops and events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Audition Eligibility & Submissions

• All applicant details submitted via the official Google Form must be accurate and truthful.
• Minors applying for Teen/Youth categories must have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Submission of an audition registration does not automatically guarantee selection for the final runway show.
• The casting jury's decisions during screenings, shortlisting, and runway assignments are final and binding.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants, models, designers, and crew members are expected to maintain the highest levels of professional discipline, punctuality, and mutual respect during grooming sessions, costume trials, rehearsals, and backstage operations.

4. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

All trademarks, logos, show formats, and visual identity associated with GRFW 2026 are the intellectual property of the organizers. By walking the runway or attending as a participant, you grant GRFW 2026 the royalty-free, worldwide right to use event photographs and video footage for archival, editorial, promotional, and broadcast purposes.

5. Schedule and Event Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify venue locations, show timings, workshop dates, or jury members in case of unforeseen logistical constraints, weather contingencies, or government advisories.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of participation in GRFW 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
